This ultra rugged mobile computer is lightweight, built on Mobility Edge and slips right into the palm of your hand, ready for a full shift plus more. It is future-proof through Honeywell’s Sentinel program so you can upgrade it through Android R and receive security updates for up to two years after Google’s last security patch .
The CT60 has a 4.7” full touch screen that automatically switches from finger to glove mode. The LCD display is readable even in bright sunlight, in landscape mode, and with polarizing glasses in sunny environments. It has 6 hard keys — power, camera, volume up/down, scan buttons on either side — and a customizable on-screen keypad. It is also backwards compatible with the CT50 accessories.
This ultra rugged yet lightweight device is dust-tight, water resistant (IP67 and IP65) and built with scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It sustains drops of up to 5 ft. to concrete. And if you accidentally drop it into a deep puddle, that’s okay because the IP67 model is submersible up to 3 ft. for 30 minutes.
For data capture, choose from three different scan engines options to enhance your data capture speed and reading range. Two of the scan engine models of the CT40 also feature a warm-swap battery while the other model is built at an IP65 rating and with Gorilla Glass 3.
Lastly, the CT60 is VoIP ready and supports Push to Talk, so workers can connect with each other for support on a question or problem.
