Honeywell’s 4-inch PM42 industrial printer is built with durability and exceptional performance in mind to withstand even toughest environments. Limited worker-training is required because features like the full-color graphical display and integrated web interface allow users to manage the printer quickly and efficiently. The PM42 is a fast, high-volume printer, an affordable option for printing 5,000-15,000 labels per day.
Built with all-metal housing, the Honeywell PM42 will withstand even the toughest printing environments. Choose from multiple dpi options: 203, 300, or 406. The 203/300 dpi have print speeds up to 300 mm/s (12 ips) and the 406 dpi has a print speed of 250 mm/s (10ips). In addition, the PM42 also supports multiple languages and has unique shortcuts for one-key setup. For connectivity, the PM42 features Ethernet, RS-232, certain Serial Protocols, USB ports and optional Parallel IEEE 1284.
Lastly, with Honeywell’s C# for Printers and Fingerprint, users are able to run apps, print labels, and even control other devices directly from the printers with the need for a connected PC.

Among its many features, Operational Intelligence allows remote control of a device, battery analytics, and the ability to push security updates and file updates. WIth Opertional Intelligence, receive reports about the media consumption for each printer to make informed decisions media supplies. In addition, Operational Intelligence Performance Basic provides key preventative maintenance information, such as when a printhead needs to be cleaned or replaced.
