Our repair depot is in the Twin Cities. Free local pickup covers the entire metro and most of greater Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Outside that radius we'll arrange freight — and on volume accounts we cover it.
From pickup to back on your floor, most repairs run about a week. If you can't be down that long, we'll drop off a loaner the same day we pick up your unit.
Flat-rate repairs start at $265, quoted upfront after our no-fix-no-fee diagnostic. Most repairs run roughly one-third the price of buying new — and that price includes parts, labor, configuration, and the warranty.
Yes. We preserve your network settings, label formats, and firmware — or update them to your current spec if you'd prefer. The printer comes back ready to plug in and print.
Honeywell handles their own repairs, but we'll manage the RMA on your behalf and keep a loaner on your floor the whole time it's gone. You stay running. We stay your single point of contact.
